You require your confirmation letter; hardcopy or digital to check-in. We reserve the right to allocate a different unit/stand, of a similar size.
A valid proof of identification (valid ID, driver’s license, or passport) is required to receive room keys. Guests who have made reservations and settled their accommodation fees with a credit card are required to provide the same card during check-in. Upon arrival, a pre-authorisation of R1000 will be processed as a security deposit.
If the reservation is cancelled within 0-21 days prior to the occupation date, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the reservation value will be applied. Reservations cancelled 22 days or more before the occupation date will be eligible for a full refund.
Please be considerate of your fellow guests’ experience by refraining from creating noise or disturbances at any time, with particular emphasis on maintaining quietness after 10pm. Playing loud music is not permitted at any time. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in a request to vacate the unit and resort.
Upon check-in, you will be required to sign an indemnity form. Only individuals aged 18 years or older are permitted to sign the Guest Registration Card during check-in and must remain in occupancy for the entire duration of the stay. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the remaining occupants, if under the age of 18 years, being asked to vacate the premises. The Resort assumes no responsibility for any injury, death, loss, damage, expense, or accident resulting from acts of nature, riots, theft, government interruptions, or disruptions to municipal, water, or electricity services. While the Resort aims to adhere to planned refurbishment schedules whenever feasible, it cannot guarantee the availability of all advertised facilities during your stay.
You will be held personally responsible for any damages to the building and its contents during your stay, including those caused by yourself or your guests.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the units, on patios, or any other buildings on the resort premises in accordance with the law. If Management, at their discretion, determines that you or your party have violated this policy, you may be subject to a fine.
Pets are not permitted at the resort, apart from certified support animals. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a penalty fee and a request to remove the pet(s) from the premises.
Renting out a unit without prior approval from management is strictly prohibited. You are not permitted to divide the booking period among guests who are not listed on the official confirmation letter. If management, at their discretion, determines that you have not adhered to these guidelines, you and/or your party may be denied occupancy of the unit or asked to vacate, and a penalty fee will be imposed.
